Exchange or Store Credit Only. (Magnolia Pearl and Sale is Final Sale) 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do any exchanges or returns on the Magnolia Pearl, it is final sale. No exceptions. We do not own this stock and have strict guidelines in place with the designer. If you have fit or style questions please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to help. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

To complete your exchange or return for store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Private shopping fees
  • Downloadable software products
  • Artwork
  • Special Event and Trunk Show Items
  • Magnolia Pearl 
  • Sale Items 
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Any item not in its original condition, worn, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 


Store Credit (if applicable)

Please send us an email at howdy@dreamcloudshop.com and request a store credit with the reason you are returning the item. Once approved please send the return in original condition with tags attached to Dream Cloud Bohemian Market at 364 1st St Lake Oswego, Or 97034.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit/exchange.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a gift card will be sent by mail or email, within a few days of receipt.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items are final sale. No price adjustments on further markdowns. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange an item if you need a different size, color or style. We inspect each item prior to shipping so that you receive goods only in the best possible condition. However, if there is a defect or damage please reach out as soon as you receive your goods. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Howdy@dreamcloudshop.com with the reason for the return and if you want an exchange or store credit. Once approved please send your item to: 364 1st St Lake Oswego, Or 97034.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Private Shopping Fees: 

Once a private shopping appointment is booked:  Bookings may be changed to another date/time prior to 24 hour of the upcoming appointment with no fee. If the appointment is canceled or changed within the 24 hour window you will be charged $100 for your cancelation/re-booking. Since you are pre-paying for this service $100 will be refunded of your $200 charge. The remaining $100 is non-refundable. 

Once appointment time has started there is no refund or changes that can be made to your time. If you no-show the entire $200 fee is charged and non-refundable. Booking start at time you have selected. If you are late to an appointment it will not be extended beyond booking time. 


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will either be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an exchange or store credit to the gift giver and he/she/they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 364 1st Street,  Lake Oswego, OR 97034.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $125, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we shipping as it is out of our control.
