Assistant Manager: 

As assistant manager you will be the lead position in the shop reporting only to the owner and overseeing 2-3 employees. This position will be filled by a friendly and experienced retail professional with at least 2 years in comparable retail sales. Preferably in boutique leadership. 

  • This is a full-time salaried position.
  • 38K per year + commission potential. 
  • 50% off employee clothing discount on 2 item per month 
  • Hours are from 11-7pm. Must work weekends and some holidays.

  • Ability to style customers with ease, maintain pristine shop aesthetics and shop standards while also completing managerial office tasks.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, google workspace, filling online orders and office work.
  • Must be lift up to 40lbs. (boxes, trash, cleaning duties)

Primary Duties:

  • Customer service is always top priority!  Friendly service, going above and beyond for our customers with a smile and good attitude.
  • Process payments, returns and other POS related tasks (Shopify experience preferred, but not required)
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals via suggestive selling, and high-quality customer relations management.
  • Building and maintaining client book and client relations. Constant customer outreach.
  • Friendly delegation of responsibility to all staff under you as well as handling all employee issues including scheduling, write-ups, sales goals and store standards are being met.
  • Create bi-monthly emails informing customers on sales, events, promotions etc.
  • Processing new shipment, maintaining pristine shop aesthetics and fulfilling online orders
  • Become an expert on our designers and education customers on our offerings.
  • Handle customer issues, returns, questions and special orders.
  • Communicate and track daily sales, store needs to owner.
  • Work closely with the owner as our representative of the shop.
  • Host in-shop events including pop ups and community-based events.
  • Daily posting to Instagram while aligning to our brand aesthetics
  • Open and close the shop within our set operational procedures
